Global styles ensure brand consistency across all your email signatures. Configure colors, fonts, and spacing once, and they apply everywhere.
Accessing Global Styles
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Your organization settings include brand configuration
- Configure colors, logo, and other style defaults
During onboarding, Signkit automatically extracts brand colors and logo from your company website. You can adjust these settings at any time.
Brand Colors
Primary Color
Your main brand color, used for:
- Links and interactive elements
- Icon accents
- Headers and emphasis
Enter as hex code (e.g., #1a73e8) or use the color picker.
Secondary Color
A complementary color for:
- Secondary buttons
- Backgrounds
- Borders
Text Colors
Configure default text colors:
- Primary text: Main content (typically dark gray or black)
- Secondary text: Less important text (typically medium gray)
- Muted text: Subtle elements (typically light gray)
Ensure sufficient contrast between text and background colors for accessibility. Use a contrast checker tool.

Font Family
Choose your primary font:
Web-Safe Options:

Logo Settings
Organization Logo
Your organization logo is set in Settings and serves as the default for all templates:
- Go to Settings in the sidebar
- Find the logo section
- Upload your logo file (PNG or JPG)
- Save changes
Recommended specifications:
- Format: PNG with transparency
- Width: 150-200px

- Individual templates can still override with custom logos
Logo Variations
Consider uploading variations for different contexts:
- Full logo: Company name + icon
- Icon only: For compact signatures
- Light version: For dark backgrounds
Social Icons
Default Platforms
Select which social platforms appear by default:
- Twitter/X
- YouTube
Icon Style
Choose a consistent style:

- Monochrome: Single color (uses primary or custom)
- Outlined: Stroke-only icons
Icon Size
Set the default icon size:
- Small: 16px
- Medium: 20px
- Large: 24px

Common Issues
Colors Not Matching
- Double-check hex codes
- Ensure no template overrides exist
- Clear browser cache and refresh
Fonts Rendering Differently
- Stick to web-safe fonts
- Test in actual email clients, not just preview
- Some email clients ignore font settings entirely
Logo Appearing Blurry
- Upload a higher resolution image
- Use PNG format
- Check dimensions aren't being scaled up
Best Practices
- Document your brand: Keep hex codes and specifications recorded
- Test thoroughly: Check signatures in multiple email clients
- Stay consistent: Limit variations across templates
- Review periodically: Update when brand guidelines change
