Comparing Performance

  • Are they using campaigns?

Filtering and Drilling Down

Troubleshooting

No Data Showing

  1. Verify signatures are deployed
  2. Check date range selection
  3. Allow time for data to populate
  4. Confirm tracking is working

Metrics Seem Low

  1. Consider image blocking by email clients
  2. Check if signatures are actually in use
  3. Review deployment status

Data Doesn't Match Expectations

  1. Verify the date range
  2. Check filter settings
  3. Allow for tracking delays
  4. Consider privacy features
