Managing Your Subscription
Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select your new plan
- Complete payment
- New features activate immediately
Downgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select a lower tier
- Confirm the change
- Changes take effect at next billing cycle
Downgrading may disable features. Ensure you're within the new plan's limits before downgrading.
Cancel Subscription
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until the current period ends

We accept:

- Direct debit (for Enterprise plans)

- Add a new card or update existing
- Save changes

- Monthly plans: Billed every month on your signup date

- Click Invoice History
- Download individual invoices as PDF

Approaching Limits
When nearing plan limits:
- You'll see a warning in the dashboard
- Consider upgrading before hitting the cap
- Contact support for temporary increases
Exceeding Limits
If you exceed plan limits:
- Some features may be restricted
- You'll be prompted to upgrade
- Existing signatures continue working

Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans include a free trial period. You can test full features before committing.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades happen immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens when I cancel?
- Your subscription stays active until the period ends
- After that, your account moves to the free plan
- Data is retained but features may be limited
