How do colleagues install the signature?

Each person copies their signature from the Signkit dashboard and pastes it into Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail once. After that, all central changes (including new campaign banners) update automatically without anyone needing to reinstall.

Do banner changes require reinstalling the signature?

No. The campaign banner resolves dynamically each time an email is sent, so when you update or swap a banner in the Signkit dashboard the new version appears in outgoing emails immediately. No action needed from your team.
